Section 10SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from TourSync.
TourSync is a productized software platform for tour and activity operators. When you book a call or demo through our website and opt in to receive text messages, you may receive transactional and informational SMS related to that booking — including booking confirmations, reminders sent before your scheduled call, and details needed to join. These messages are triggered by your booking and are not promotional or marketing messages. Most recipients receive up to 2 messages per booking, though message frequency may vary.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply opt in as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message, or get help directly at support@toursync.ai.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
